Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to start a return
To request a return, please email us at sales@shoppeemporium.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and a return shipping label (if applicable), along with full instructions.
- Do not send items back without contacting us first — any unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn/unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will put things right quickly.
Items we cannot accept as returns
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Personal care and beauty products once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items (final sale)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take your bank or card issuer additional time to process the refund.
