- Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Times
- Because we work with trusted suppliers via AppScenic, shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier location.
- Standard delivery within the UK is typically 5–15 business days.
- Certain products may have longer delivery estimates; if so, this will be noted on the product page.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.
- You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment where available.
- This does not affect the total shipping cost you pay at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product and supplier.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
Tracking Your Order
- Once an item is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where provided by the supplier).
- Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control (e.g. strikes, weather, or supply chain issues).
- If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@shoppeemporium.com and we will investigate with the supplier.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@shoppeemporium.com so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
